NANCY B. I received both robes. They were too big I had to exchange them. One envelope was thrown away mistakenly I returned them both in the remaining envelope. The post office would not give me a receipt I sent you comments on at least five occasions asking for instructions as to what to do. I received no answers from any of my leave a message or trying to reach you. The roads have been mailed for exchange I do not know if you have received them or what to do
There is no way to contact you about this matter I guess I have lost my money and my robes. Your service has been disgusting no way to contact you
