Good Robe bad relay of info

Robe was great but the robe I originally ordered was out of stock unbeknownst to me. My order was refunded. Therefore, instead of notifying me that my robe was out of stock and would I like to exchange it they refunded my account. So, I had to order another robe and pay another shipping fee.

Generally, I am happy to have my chenille robe. it is comfortable. I do wish the sleeves were full-length (down to my wrists).
